Individual counseling can be arranged by contacting Linda via e-mail or phone with your specific requests/concerns. Consultations may include psychotherapy, Ayurveda and hypnosis to address physical, emotional and spiritual. Guidance is offered for implementing lifestyle changes such as diet, personal care, stress management, and life transitions as well as coping with specific conditions.

Ayurveda is a gentle yet extensive science and all requests are treated with respect and confidentiality. Linda is a State Licensed psychotherapist with additional certification in Ayurveda and hypnosis.
